YOGALATES is an 8-week progressive course for beginners. It will include Yoga Poses and Pilates moves, with breath work to improve balance, strength, mobility and mental wellbeing.

The course will be delivered by Eve, a specialist instructor with 15 years’ experience, from Active Rainbow Enterprise CIC. Eve is also qualified in essential oil blending, and will be offering blended oils to rub into your hands/arms, so that you can prepare your mind before each session. This will be a relaxing course for your body and for your mind.

Please note-Sessions will run on Monday mornings at 10-10.45am, starting on Monday the 15th May and finishing on Monday the 17th July. There will be two breaks/holidays during the course-1 week on Monday 29th May and 1 week on Monday 12th June.

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
