This Spring, join our wonderful Peer Worker, Laura and Recovery College volunteer, Jana as together we learn some simple techniques using felts. Using Easter, Eid, or other Springtime festivities as our inspiration we will create our very own, uniquely decorated tote bag to take away to proudly show to our friends and family. This type of craft activity is a great way to enhance our wellbeing; it allows us to focus our minds on a single task, helping us to forget about our worries for a while, as well as giving us the chance to create our very own piece of artwork. Everyone is welcome and no previous experience is necessary.

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
