Join the lovely, Carolyn, from Mindful Maker CIC for a fun and relaxing journey through art! This 4 week course is perfect for everyone, whether you consider yourself artistic or not. Throughout each session, we’ll use different art materials to explore drawing and painting in creative ways to develop our skills. The emphasis is on using simple mark-making and creative expression in a mindful and meaningful way in a safe and supportive environment. So, whether you are a seasoned artist or a complete beginner come along and experience for yourself the therapeutic power of art on Mindful Mondays! All materials provided and no previous experience necessary – just a willingness to learn, have fun and try something new!

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
