In this one-off online workshop delivered by our colleagues at Wakefield Recovery College, we’ll be discovering what the term ‘burnout’ means and exploring ways to reduce it. During this session we will:

  • define and explore the different factors relating to burnout
  • recognise the signs and symptoms that are commonly associated with it
  • begin to understand ways to avoid burning out!
  • learn practical coping strategies to maintain a healthy life balance.

This workshop is suitable for anybody who would like to know more about burnout and how it differs from day-to-day stress, and maybe particularly useful for those who have experienced burnout.
