We can all experience uncertainty, panic and signs of anxiety at times in our lives. For some, these feelings can become overwhelming and have a significant impact on our daily lives. If you, or someone you care for experiences anxiety then this course could be for you. Join our friendly and supportive facilitators, Erika & Laura to explore the causes and symptoms of anxiety in a warm and welcoming atmosphere to learn practical steps and techniques to support yourself or those you care for in day to day life.
Within this course we will invite people to explore a range of strategies that can be used to manage the symptoms of anxiety, including mindfulness, breathing, bodywork and creativity.
This course has been inspired by the book Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway, by Susan Jeffers.
