Fully Booked
Join us, as together we explore the various tools and techniques of Yoga. Using ‘The 10 Keys to Happiness’ as a theme, we’ll explore wellbeing through yoga, blending together breathing practices, gentle flowing movement, meditation, reflection and journaling. With the help and support of fabulous facilitator, Laura from Umbrella Yoga, we’ll discover sustainable wellbeing tools and ways to incorporate yoga into our everyday lives. The practice of yoga can help calm the mind, improve sleep, increase concentration and relieve symptoms of Depression. It also helps to increase strength and flexibility as we physically work to keep our bodies moving.
This class provides fully accessible practices as movements can be adapted and joining from a chair is encouraged. Yoga Mats are provided and no previous experience is necessary.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing during sessions and you will be required to complete a health questionnaire before attending. Please note there will be a two week break over Easter and the final session on Wednesday 8 May will be an extended session with intention setting and a social gathering.
