Joyful Journaling

Wellbeing tools

Journaling can be a helpful tool which can be used to enhance our sense of wellbeing; enabling us to express our thoughts and emotions in creative ways. This three-week course delivered by our fabulous facilitators, Laura & Jana, will help us discover more about the art of journaling and its many benefits, as well as giving us the opportunity to create our very own journal. This practical activity will help focus our minds, allowing us to forget about our worries for a while in a safe space alongside other learners. So, whether you are new to journaling or already use this self-care practice, come and join us and let’s create our very own, uniquely decorated journal which can be later filled with drawings, poetry, writing, affirmations, photos….an extension of our wonderful selves!
