If so, this could be the workshop for you!  Join our friendly facilitators, Karen and Nicky, as we gently delve into the reasons behind procrastination and explore effective, compassionate strategies to overcome it. This workshop features a mix of engaging activities, including small group discussions, creative exercises, and mindfulness practices.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a toolkit of strategies to help you tackle procrastination with confidence and compassion. You’ll leave feeling empowered, motivated, and ready to take on your ‘to-do’ list with renewed energy.
