Emotional Balance: Understanding Guilt & Shame

Mirfield Community Centre, Water Royd Lane, Mirfield, WF14 9SG

Wellbeing tools

Living with guilt and shame can weigh heavy and limit how we live our daily lives. If this is something you relate to then join our lovely facilitators, Karen and Nicky for this warm and welcoming session to learn more. On this brand-new workshop we will gently tap into the reasons we may carry guilt and shame, how this impacts us and prevents us from being our ‘best selves’. Together we will create a ‘toolbox’ to help manage guilt and shame using group discussions, creative activities and mindfulness techniques.

This session forms part of a series of 8 Emotional Balance Workshops. You are welcome to attend all 8 or individual ones according to your own needs or interests!

If you are already enrolled with the College please email us to request a place at: ckrecovery.wellbeing@swyt.nhs.uk.
