Together we will explore what wellness tools are, what we need to do each day to improve and maintain our wellbeing, how to recognise when we might start to become unwell, how to cope in a crisis and much more.  Our friendly and supportive facilitators, Erika, Graham & Tina will help you every step of the way and they will also share their own lived experience of mental health distress and how their lives have been transformed by using their own wellness plans – and how yours could be too.

To get the most from this in-depth course, we will need to challenge ourselves and work alongside other learners, as well as committing to to attend the sessions.  Please be assured that we provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space in which to develop your wellness plan.
