Welcome to the Weekly Update.

Thanks to everyone who came to our Harvest Your Potential event at Mirfield Community Centre today on World Mental Health Day! It was such a positive atmosphere and we had great feedback. Thanks to all our volunteers, our new ambassadors, facilitators and staff team who organised and facilitated all the many workshops and activities! It was great to see so many people get so much out of the day and connect with like-minded people!

Many of our workshops explored different wellbeing tools that support social connection, being in the moment, concentration and mind & body connections!
