Wellbeing Wednesday: Brooch Making with Mindful Maker

Come along and join us for this relaxing and creative workshop, where we will discover how to turn scraps of fabric, beads and buttons into our very own unique brooch, using just a needle and thread. This gentle and mindful session is kindly delivered by the delightful Carolyn from Mindful Maker CIC and Recovery College Volunteer, Tony is an opportunity for us to take some time out and forget about our worries – for a little while at least. All materials are provided and no previous sewing experience is necessary.

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
