Harvest Your Potential on World Mental Health Day

Mirfield Community Centre, Water Royd Lane, Mirfield, WF14 9SG

Life skills and interests

To mark World Mental Health Day, we are offering a jam-packed morning full of taster sessions to introduce you to the wonderful things we have on offer at the Recovery & Wellbeing College. You will meet some of our amazing Peer Workers, Volunteers and Ambassadors of the College as well as having the opportunity to try out printing, jewellery making, yoga and mindfulness to name but a few.  You will be able to make connections with other learners, over a cuppa and discover how to get involved in future workshops and courses in an informal and friendly setting.

This free event is open to all adults who wish to improve their health and wellbeing (or the health & wellbeing of someone they support/care for). So come along and discover how to ‘Harvest Your Potential’ this Autumn.

Please contact us to book your place by emailing: ckrecovery.wellbeing@swyt.nhs.uk or call us on 07717 867911 (you do not have to be enrolled with the College to attend this event.) You are welcome to bring someone with you for support if required but please let us know at the time of booking.

If you are already enrolled with the College please email us to request a place at: ckrecovery.wellbeing@swyt.nhs.uk.
