Did you know that the experience of hearing voices that other people do not is more common than many of us realise? Are you interested in developing an understanding of what the experience of hearing voices may mean to you or someone you care about? If so why not come along to this friendly, online workshop co-facilitated by someone with lived experience and someone with professional experience. We will be talking about:
- how common it is to hear voices
- different ways of understanding hearing voices
- some useful ways that people have found to help with hearing voices

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
