Weekly Update
Welcome to our weekly update and to summer. At last the rain clouds are gone and the sun is shining. How many of you just associated that sentence with a lyric or a song title? We know music is good for us. It can reflect how we feel, cheer us up and motivate us to get a job done. It can also be a place of safety and connection.
