Fully Booked

Join us for an absorbing and engaging mindful drawing workshop which will help us to focus on the now. The drawing method of Zentangle requires us to create repetitive patterns simply using pen and paper and, is considered by many as ‘yoga for the brain’ due to its calming and stress relieving effects. It can also improve confidence and concentration as well as providing us with a sense of calm and inner peace.

This brand-new session is delivered in partnership with the lovely Carolyn from Mindful Maker CIC (and previous Recovery College learner/volunteer) and supported by One Community and their Grassroots fund.

There are five creative Mindful Monday workshops available, you can book on as many as you like, whether one, two or all five!

Already enrolled with the College?  Then just give us a call on 07717 867911 or email us at ckrecovery.wellbeing@swyt.nhs.uk. to request a place.
