Life skills and interests

Join us for this one-off workshop where we will discover more about other services, activities and groups beyond the Recovery & Wellbeing College, to help us reach our full potential and live well in our own communities.  Whether it’s the arts, leisure, recreation, physical activity, sport, education or volunteering opportunities or just something to keep the children entertained during the holidays, we will learn about organisations and services which relate to all of these topics – AND MORE.  This workshop produced in partnership with Community Plus and the Recovery & Wellbeing College will also help us consider some of the barriers we may face in accessing these and how to overcome them, with the aim of increasing of sense of wellbeing and enabling us to live fuller, more meaningful lives.

Please note that this course is open to residents of Kirklees only.
