Introduction to Marbling

Kirklees Recovery College, Kirklees Recovery & Wellbeing College, Pathways, Nettleton Rd, Mirfield, WF14 9AQ

Life skills and interests

Join us for this exciting introduction to marbling with Deby from Kirklees Success Centre. Marbling involves floating ink or paint on water to create a pattern. A sheet of paper is then carefully placed on the paint and the pattern transfers to the paper. In this one-off taster session, we’ll be trying out this very simple, yet satisfying way to create a marbled, mixed colour design which can then be transferred onto a range of different surfaces.  This taster session is suitable for all abilities, and all materials will be provided.

Please note that due to funding this workshop is open to anyone aged 19+ living in Kirklees only.
